Our Nutrition Prescription to the Living Kitchen Workshop takes place in Shelton, CT – June 13-16, 2010. Learn how to combine nutrition education with culinary therapy; assess and teach cooking skills, develop and expand your own recipes for different health conditions and much more. By registering for the Food Education – New Generation workshop before April 1, 2010, your name will be automatically placed in a drawing. The winner will be invited to Shelton, CT to attend the Nutrition Prescription to the Living Kitchen on farm workshop, and pre-conference Food, Farm and Agricultural Literacy program* – a value of more than $850 and worth 25 CPEs for RD/DTR. Drawing will take place on April 2, 2010.
